The signature community event returns this summer! Vendors, food, music, and plenty of blueberry-themed fun make it a great day for families and neighbors to come together.

Saratoga County Department of Health (SCDOH), requires temporary permits for preparing, handling, or serving food or beverages for the public. Click here for instructions on how to apply for a temporary food permit. It is the responsibility of the business owner to apply for Temporary Food Service permits.

The following activities are exceptions and do not require a food permit:

• Serving only unopened commercially packaged items. Examples include selling only manufacturer-sealed bagged chips, candy bars in the wrapper, and bottled soda.
• Serving packaged items listed under a Home Processing License from the Department of Agriculture and Markets. Example includes selling wrapped, individually portioned dry-baked goods such as cookies and brownies made at home.
